We’re a premium Growth Consultancy consisting of 33 colleagues dedicated in delivering best-in-class B2B sales on behalf of our clients within our 4 industry verticals:

SaaS, Tech, Professional Services, and Finance in the Nordic and German market.

The position as Student Consultant, Outbound Sales:

You will join one of 4 vertical-teams: SaaS, Tech, Finance and Professional Services within our Sales department. Together with your team, leader, and mentor your job is to help our clients grow by doing B2B sales. You will learn how to successfully drive sales processes.

What you’ll be doing working with outbound sales at Radiant

You’ll be representing one of our clients together with a team of experienced sales talents with the purpose of generating growth through sales meetings, pipeline, and revenue. Your primary work will be:

  • Prospecting: identify, research, and qualify relevant leads (30 % of your time)
  • Pitching & stakeholder engagement: book and qualify sales meetings (60 % of your time)
  • Pipeline Management: structure deals and pipeline to increase conversion (10 % of your time)

We hire Student Consultants with the purpose of developing them into full-time Consultants:

We will design a career and development plan, so that both you and you leader can work dedicated towards your goals, passions, interests, and ambitions with the purpose to develop you to become a full-time Consultant after you’ve finished your studies.

We’ll develop a personal career plan to enable your ambitions and aspirations:

We will design a career and development plan, so that both you and you leader can work dedicated towards your goals, passions, interests, and ambitions with the purpose to develop you to become Account Responsible for a team and client. Most become Senior Consultants within 12-18 months.

 Skaber & markedsleder af 2 kategorier: ‘Sales as a Service’ & ‘HubSpot as a Service’

  • 2017: Radiant blev grundlagt i København af to tidligere Deloitte Senior Consultants Joakim Steenfos (venstre) & Kasper Bjerggaard (højre) med en vision om at skabe effektivt salg gennem ‘Sales as a Service’ for B2B SaaS, Finans, Tech, og Professionelle Services.
  • 2018: Vi begynder at samle data fra tusindevis af vores virkelige og gennemførte salgsaktiviteter. 
  • 2020: Vi udfasede vores Salesforce, Dynamics, og Pipedrive initiativer. I stedet integrerer vi HubSpot i vores egen virksomhed samt i vores Sales as a Service koncept i 2020. Som resultat genererede vi rekord-effektivt salg på vegne af vores kunder og Radiant blev hurtigt en af de højest rangerende HubSpot Partnere. Vi udvidede til Norge, Sverige, Finland, Tyskland og Storbritannien.
  • 2022: Gennemførte vi test af vores beta på det banebrydende koncept: HubSpot as a Service. Med +20 rent 5/5 stjernede kundeanmeldelser og store anbefalinger fra vores partnere som HubSpot, Plecto, Lasso X, Contractbook og Vainu var vores test en kæmpe succes.
    Vi får vores første ‘Gazelle Pris’ af BØRSEN og er i top 100 over hurtigst voksende virksomheder i Danmark. 
  • 2023: Lancerede vi officielt vores ‘HubSpot as a Service’ og tilbyder dermed løbende ‘hands on’ HubSpot optimering med formålet at sætte strøm til sammenhængen mellem marketing, salg, og kundeservice. På den måde kan alle typer af virksomheden have tilknyttet Nordens dygtigste HubSpot team. 
  • Nu: Vi er igang med at tilslutte hele vores dataindsamling af millioner gennemførte salgsaktiviteter i Norden til generativ AI. Det betyder at vi og vores kunder med få sætninger eksempelvis kan bede om targetlister, kontaktinformationer, hvilke budskaber til bestemte industrier der fungerer bedst, hvornår de fungerer bedst, på hvilke salgskanaler de fungerer bedst osv. Det bliver Nordens mest fyldestgørende generative AI drevet database for B2B salg. 

Radiant er beliggende i København og Oslo med 31 medarbejdere og en EBITDA på 3,2 millioner DKK i 2022.
