You’ll join a high-performing vertical team with clear goals, structure, and coaching.
To succeed, you’ll be supported by a Team Lead who has been in your role, and by our Sales Excellence department - providing you with leading tech tools, sales data, and proven frameworks.

Intro to the role as Manager of Sales Enablement:
You will take responsibility for our Sales Enablement department, ensuring both the operational performance and development of our consultants who support B2B companies with Sales Execution and Sales Excellence. You will be a key contributor in helping some of Europe’s fastest-growing B2B companies elevate their commercial performance through best-practice sales processes and a fully technology-supported approach from A to Z.
The role combines classical Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, and commercial advisory. You will lead a team of four employees – and hire two additional employees in Q1 2026. You will report directly to the CEO of Radiant.
Primary responsibilities:
- Design, optimize, and implement all critical steps in successful B2B sales, particularly within tech, finance, and consulting.
- Create Ideal Customer Profiling and segmentations to ensure Radiants sales consultants can consistently engage with leads for outbound sales
- Ensure clients and consultants work effectively with modern B2B sales processes and best-in-class sales technology.
- Drive process optimization and develop AI agents and workflow automation for use within clients’ commercial organizations.
- Support onboarding and learning programs for clients’ sales and commercial teams.
- Maintain and further develop Radiant’s BI setup, dashboards, and reporting across clients and consultants.
- Identify improvement opportunities through commercial analysis and data-driven performance insights.
- Collaborate across marketing, delivery, and leadership to deliver a cohesive, commercially strong client experience.
- Lead and develop the Sales Enablement team and ensure consistently high-quality output.
What we expect from you:
- Experience in Sales Enablement and/or Revenue Operations, supporting a B2B sales organization.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, with practical experience supporting - or working directly within a sales organization.
- Experience with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot, and familiarity with sales technologies such as Cognism, Sales Navigator, Lemlist, Vainu, Plecto, etc.
- A proactive mindset - you're the person who builds the new AI agent that saves colleagues hours, even before being asked.
- Experience working with data handling and analysis through tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar.
- Deep curiosity for the latest commercial technologies and a strong passion for structure, process optimization, systematization, and performance analysis.
- Hands-on by nature, while also able to contribute strategically when relevant.
- Experience leading teams and a desire to further develop your leadership capabilities.
