The position as Assistant Consultant in HubSpot & Tech Activation
Are you motivated to make an impact and passionate about helping businesses unlock their potential through innovative tools and processes? As an Assistant Consultant in our HubSpot & Tech Activation Team, you’ll work directly with clients, playing an important role in designing and implementing HubSpot (CRM platform) solutions that drive growth and efficiency.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- HubSpot Implementation & Optimization
Work closely with clients to design and implement HubSpot setups tailored to their needs. You will analyse their current usage and build automations, dashboards, and processes to help them achieve their goals.
- Driving Client Growth Enablement
Help clients improve their use of HubSpot for growth by refining lead capture processes, building nurturing workflows, and implementing strategies that strengthen customer engagement and retention.
- Client Training & Support
Train client teams to use HubSpot effectively, ensuring they feel confident and empowered to leverage the platform.

What we’re looking for:

- Curious and capable in the technical areas within CRM and AI
Experience or proficiency within these tools or areas are a bonus:
HubSpot (or other CRM experience), Excel, PowerPoint, AI tools, API Integrations. Business Intelligence, Process Optimization, Consulting, Change management, Project Management.

Our German market efforts are one of our fastest growing markets and you’ll join a team of 5 other german speaking Sales Consultants in one of 4 vertical-teams: SaaS, Tech, Finance and Professional Services within our Sales department. Together with your team, leader, and mentor your job is to help our clients grow by doing B2B sales. You will learn how to successfully drive sales processes and begin your journey towards ‘Sales Excellence’.
What you’ll be doing working with sales at Radiant:
You’ll be representing one of our clients together with a team of experienced sales talents with the purpose of generating growth through sales meetings, pipeline, and revenue. Your primary work will be:
- Prospecting: identify, research, and qualify relevant leads (40 % of your time)
- Pitching & stakeholder engagement: book and qualify sales meetings (50 % of your time)
- Client Management: Stakeholder Management & Pipeline Management (10 % of your time)
We’ll develop a personal career plan to enable you to become full-time Consultant when you graduate:
We will design a career and development plan, so that both you and you leader can work dedicated towards your goals, passions, interests, and ambitions with the purpose to develop you to become Account Responsible for a team and client. Most become Senior Sales Excellence Consultants within 12-18 months.

Søren er også ansvarlig for at ekspandere vore kunders salgsindsatser i Norden og Tyskland. Søren har en HD2 i Organization and Management.

Alfredo er en af vores salgsspecialister inden for Professional Services og Finance. Han arbejder til dagligt med vores Go to Market-offering, som udfører, tester og validerer salg til nye markeder, segmenter og lande.
Alfredo er uddannet BSc. Business Administration & IT fra CBS. Ved siden af sit arbejde i Radiant, er Alfredo i færd med at fuldføre sin kandidatuddannelse.
