Stillingen som Student Consultant i Outbound Sales:

Du blir en del ett av fire vertikal-teams: SaaS, Tech, Finance og Professional Services innen vår salgsavdeling. Sammen med ditt team, leder, og mentor er jobben din å hjelpe våre klienter med å vokse gjennom B2B salg. Du vil lære hvordan man lykkes med å drive salgsprosesser.

Det du vil gjøre i arbeidet med Outbound salg hos Radiant:

Du vil sammen med et team av erfarne salgstalenter representere en av våre klienter med mål om å skape vekst gjennom salgsmøter, pipelinestyring og omsetning. Dine hovedoppgaver vil være:

Prospecting: Identifisere, undersøke, og kvalifisere relevante leads (30% av tiden din)

Pitching og stakeholder engagement: Booke og kvalifisere salgsmøter (60% av tiden din)

Pipelinestyring: Strukturer deals og pipeline for å øke konverteringsrate (10% av tiden din)

Vi ansetter studentkonsulenter med mål om å utvikle dem til fulltidskonsulenter:

Vi designer en karriere- og utviklingsplan så både du og din leder kan jobbe dedikert mot dine mål, interesser og ambisjoner med hensikten å utvikle deg mot en fulltidsstilling etter du har fullført studiene.

Startlønn:

12.000 DKK fast per måned + 9.000 DKK kvartalsvis bonus uten tak (gjennomsnittlig indeks var 92% i 2023).

Lønn blir regulert etter de første 6 månedene, og/eller økt etter 1 år og/eller under forfremmelser.

SaaS, Tech, Professional Services, and Finance in the Nordic and German market.

The position as Sales Consultant, Outbound Sales:

You will join one of 4 vertical-teams: SaaS, Tech, Finance and Professional Services within our Sales department. Together with your team, leader, and mentor your job is to help our clients grow by doing B2B sales. You will learn how to successfully drive sales processes.

What you’ll be doing working with outbound sales at Radiant

You’ll be representing one of our clients together with a team of experienced sales talents with the purpose of generating growth through sales meetings, pipeline, and revenue. Your primary work will be:

  • Prospecting: identify, research, and qualify relevant leads (40 % of your time)
  • Pitching & stakeholder engagement: book and qualify sales meetings (40 % of your time)
  • Client Management: Stakeholder Management & Pipeline Management (20 % of your time)

We’ll develop a personal career plan to enable your ambitions and aspirations:

We will design a career and development plan, so that both you and you leader can work dedicated towards your goals, passions, interests, and ambitions with the purpose to develop you to become Account Responsible for a team and client. Most become Senior Consultants within 12-18 months.

87,5 % fixed salary and 12,5 % bonus (with no cap and average index 2023 at 92 %).
Salary will be regulated after 1 year and/or during promotions to Senior Consultant.
