Student Consultant, Growth (Danish)
We are the creators and market leader of the category of ‘HubSpot- & Sales as a Service’ in the Nordics. We’re 31 employees with offices in central Copenhagen and Oslo with an average age of 29 years.

The position as Student Consultant, Growth:
You will join one of 3 vertical-teams: SaaS, Tech, and Professional Services within our Growth department.
Together with your team, leader, and mentor you’re job is to help our clients grow by doing B2B sales. You will learn how to succesfully drive sales processes.
This includes learning:
- Prospecting: identify, research, and qualify relevant leads
- Pitching & stakeholder engagement: book and qualify sales meetings
- Pipeline Management: structure deals and pipeline to increase conversion
We generate value for our clients by generating qualified sales meetings, pipeline, and revenue.
We hire Student Consultants with the purpose of developing them into full-time Consultants:
We will create a clear career path with the aim to develop and educate you to become a full-time Consultant after you’ve finished your studies.

Radiant was founded in late 2017 by former Deloitte Senior Consultants: Joakim Steenfos (left) & Kasper Bjerggaard (right) with a vision of creating the first Sales as a Service in the Nordics to enhance sales for SaaS, Finance, Tech, & Professional Services
